We offer two different DEA training and assessment packages for experienced practitioners. We would strongly recommend that you choose package 1, which includes RDSAP training.

Experienced Practitioner Package 1 (£2,750 + VAT) - Recommended This package is designed for those whose who want to attend specific training on RDSAP, the energy rating methodology to be used for EPCs. This package includes Components 1, 3 and 4 of the training. Programme dates – experienced practitioner package 1 Programme Component 1 Components 3 and 4 DEA0109 Thurs 15th & Fri 16th January A choice of 2 weekdays or a weekend. Our experience with assessing 1,400 Home Inspectors is that this is absolutely essential 2 days training (Training Component 3) delivered in small interactive workshops undertaking residential surveys including understanding the RDSAP conventions, making recommendations for improvement, and actually completing an EPC 2 days practical experience (Training Component 4) on non-standard properties, unusual features, and building integrated renewables. For instance you might be a chartered surveyor or an experienced energy rating professional who has already completed a detailed training course in the RDSAP methodology.
