The full rollout of Home Information Packs (HIP) is now complete. Every home that is put on the market for sale in England and Wales will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as part of the HIP.
Our training and assessment packages will qualify you with the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment – the essential qualification you need to produce EPCs.
Once qualified, our involvement doesn't stop there. You can also join the NHER Accreditation Scheme, enabling you to start practicing and issuing Energy Performance Certificates.
The Domestic Energy Assessor training and assessment programme is the perfect foundation for you to build your energy rating business for all building types.
The NHER has been at the forefront of domestic energy efficiency for 17 years, having introduced the first energy rating scheme for homes in 1990. Our rigorous training and assessment packages will ensure that you can practice as a Domestic Energy Assessor and issue EPCs with absolute confidence, whatever your current level of experience.
